Speak2Inspire is a passionate initiative started by two sisters, Nwabisa Ndzuzo and Ntabeleng Nkomo, with a mission to empower the youth/professionals through the art of public speaking. They believe that public speaking is a powerful tool that can boost self-esteem, develop leadership skills, and unlock the full potential of every individual.

Our Approach
We provide comprehensive public speaking training programs, workshops, and events specifically tailored for youth in Cape Town. Our experienced trainers and mentors guide participants through various techniques, exercises, and real-world scenarios to build their confidence, enhance communication skills, and develop effective leadership abilities.
Our Team
Nwabisa Ndzuzo – CEO
Nwabisa is a passionate entrepreneur and leadership development advocate dedicated to empowering youth in townships and across Africa. She has successfully led youth programs at COSAT in Khayelitsha and Malibu High School in Bluedowns, extending her impact through online platforms. Her expertise also includes facilitating business skills workshops at The Clothing Bank and emotional intelligence sessions at Foundations for Life.
An accomplished communicator, Nwabisa has delivered speechcraft programs at SAOTA and hosted workshops on effective communication for entrepreneurs. Within The Breakfast Club Toastmasters, she has served as Vice President of Education, President, and Secretary, later advancing to Area Director and now serving as Division D Director.
Committed to lifelong learning, Nwabisa has completed multiple professional development courses, including Train the Trainer (CPUT), Integral Leadership (UCT Centre for Coaching), and certifications in informal small business practice and new venture creation.
As the founder and CEO of CIAB Traders, she has built a successful enterprise and co-founded Speak2Inspire with Candice Ntabeleng Nkomo. Their organization delivers presentation workshops for youth and professional speakers, collaborating with institutions such as Advance Academy and Sozo Foundation while running weekly public speaking sessions for young people aged 10–18.
Nthabeleng Nkomo – COO
Ntabeleng Nkomo is a People Delivery Specialist at Shoprite and the Co-Founder of Speak2Inspire, a platform dedicated to helping young people build confidence in communication and leadership.
Her professional journey combines corporate expertise in Organisational Effectiveness, Job Profiling, SAP Position Management, and Talent Development with her passion for empowering youth. With a BCom in Industrial Psychology and ongoing studies in BCom (Hons) Management, Ntabeleng bridges the gap between organisational leadership and personal growth.
Through Speak2Inspire, she has facilitated workshops in schools, mentored learners from across South Africa and Namibia, and created programmes that focus on public speaking, listening skills, impromptu speaking, and leadership development. She believes every young person has something powerful within them, they just need the right guidance to bring it out.
